The final four teams playing for conference champion honors and the chance to play in this year's NBA championship series are set.
The Denver Nuggets face the Los Angeles Lakers in game one of the Western Conference final on Tuesday, May 19th at 9:00pm (coverage on ESPN)
The Cleveland Cavaliers will play the Orlando Magic to decide the Eastern Conference champion. Their first game is Wednesday, May 20th at 8:30pm (coverage on TNT).
